Do not take fasigyn if you are also if you are on a course of treatment with disulfiram. Alcohol containing products like cough syrup, cold syrups, aftershave lotions or products that contain propylene glycol, lopinavir or ritonavir solution, lithium can all easily interact with this drug.

Speak to your doctor if you are using hormonal birth control while you are taking fasigyn. Speak to your doctor before you use any other medication.

One should not drink alcohol while being on fasigyn and for at least three days after the treatment ends. Inform the health care professional if you have been taking certain medications to treat underlying health condition so that drug interactions can safely be averted.

Missing a dose and overdose

One can take the missed dose of Duricef as soon as you remember. For amounts more than 250mg of this med in children under the age of six, can lead to overdose where emptying of the stomach is may be necessary. For other overdose cases, rush to nearest clinic immediately.

Interactions with other drugs

Interactions resulting from the drug can be dangerous if Duricef is used in conjunction with certain other medicines. One should not use this medicine if they are allergic to the active ingredient cefadroxil.
